Over the last fifty or so years, computer scientists have learned a lot of good strategies for managing time effectively— and they have a lot of experience with what can go wrong. 2. Cataract Surgery – Uday Devgan MD – Cataract Quiz: First eye predicts the next. Dr. Devgan writes, “This patient had cataract surgery in the first eye a few years ago and when we look at the undilated pupil, we see a white crescent of tissue. What is that? And how can it predict issues with the second eye cataract surgery?”
3. Biosimilars in Ophthalmology. “In theory, biosimilars will be comparable to proven biotherapeutics with regard to safety and efficacy—but available at a radically lower cost.
