A highlight of every AMA Annual Meeting is the traditional photo of current and former AMA Young Physicians Section (YPS) Chairs and leaders.
The YPS helped shape many of us as physician advocates and leaders. The lessons learned, relationships built, and friendships formed through the section continue to influence organized medicine today.
I am grateful for the opportunity to have served as AMA YPS Chair in 2010–2011 and always enjoy reconnecting with colleagues who remain committed to advancing medicine and improving patient care.
